• Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be in new or unused, and good condition, with all original hardware included.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• Exchanges: If you need a replacement, we can process an exchange instead of a refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or modified products are not eligible for return.

Offroad powersports is an inherently dangerous activity that involves significant risks, including but not limited to collisions, rollovers, mechanical failures, unpredictable terrain conditions, and operator error. The purchaser assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with operating a vehicle equipped with Solex Offroad products.

All products must be installed correctly and inspected regularly to ensure proper function and safety. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. Solex Offroad products are sold with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year  from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or use in extreme conditions.

By purchasing and using Solex Offroad products, the customer expressly waives any claims against Solex Offroad and Solex Enterprises LLC, their owners, employees, affiliates, and distributors for any liability, injury, or loss incurred.
