• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• Exchanges: If you need a replacement, we can process an exchange instead of a refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or modified products are not eligible for return.

Installation should be performed by a qualified professional or an individual with adequate mechanical knowledge. Solex Offroad products are sold with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year  from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or use in extreme conditions.
